We are currently looking for talent for the **Efficiency Intern** position—learn more about this career opportunity below: **What is the main challenge?** * Design and implement innovative solutions that optimize financial processes by combining automation, data analysis, and visual design. The challenge will be transforming complex information into practical, visual tools that facilitate decision-making, integrating technologies such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. **What will be your key responsibilities?** * Develop process automations using Python, SQL, Power Automate, and Power Apps. * Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, with analytical and visual focus. * Manage and optimize databases to generate actionable insights. * Create creative data visualizations and data storytelling, incorporating design elements, icons, or characters for clear and engaging communication. * Actively participate in operational efficiency, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects. **What are we looking for?** * Students from the 7th semester onward in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of Python (automation, analysis, APIs, scripting). * Proficiency in SQL and relational database management. * Experience or knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate. * Strong analytical ability, creativity, and self-motivation. * Genuine interest in efficiency, innovation, and digital solution design. **What do we offer?** * Excellent career development opportunities. * Corporate benefits.
