Ongoing training **EBIZ**, a company specializing in technological solutions and digital transformation, is looking for a **TI Project Manager** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and manage application requirements and improvement requests. * Gather information from clients and users, identifying their needs and business processes. * Coordinate with development and quality teams to address observations and required adjustments. * Conduct user testing and manage requirement acceptance. * Support project planning, monitoring, and control. * Prepare progress reports and track key project milestones. * Coordinate with clients, business areas, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. **Requirements** * Final-year student, graduate, or bachelor's degree holder in **Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields**. * Studies completed at a **University or Higher Education Institute**. * Intermediate knowledge of **project management based on PMI best practices**. * Basic knowledge of **project management under the Scrum framework**. * Basic knowledge of **Systems Analysis and Design**. * Basic knowledge of **Programming**. * Basic knowledge of **Database Administration**. **We Offer** * Formal employment from day one, with all statutory benefits under the general labor regime. * Monthly salary of **S/ 5,000**. * Ongoing training. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Professional development opportunities and participation in technology projects. **Conditions** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Position Type:** Full-time. * **Work Mode:** On-site. **Join EBIZ and advance your career by participating in technology and digital transformation projects!** Salary: S/.5,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
