At **Greta Market Saludable**, we seek to hire a **Human Resources Coordinator** who will lead comprehensive management of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, proper personnel administration, and reinforcement of a positive work climate.
We seek a candidate with solid technical knowledge in human resources management and Peruvian labor legislation, as well as outstanding leadership, sound judgment, organizational ability, and human quality. Main Responsibilities
* Prepare the monthly payroll and monitor employee timekeeping records.
* Submit AFP Net and PLAME declarations.
* Issue pay slips, social benefits settlements, and employment certificates.
* Register new employees in REMYPE and manage SIS payments.
* Manage personnel hiring and termination processes in the T\-Registro system.
* Maintain the personnel database, including contracts, vacation records, and other employment documentation.
* Ensure proper execution of recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
* Coordinate termination procedures and delivery of related documentation.
* Respond to inquiries and inspections from SUNAFIL or other competent authorities.
* Plan and coordinate internal Human Resources activities (birthdays, team-building events, celebrations, etc.).
* Maintain ongoing communication with employees to promote their occupational well-being, address inquiries, and timely channel their needs.
* Implement policies, procedures, and projects aimed at continuous improvement of people management.
* Lead the Human Resources team, promoting appropriate task distribution and ensuring achievement of departmental goals and outcomes.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or graduate in **Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Psychology**, or related fields.
* Minimum of **2 years** of experience performing similar duties.
* Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and personnel administration.
* Experience preparing payroll, managing social benefits, AFP Net, PLAME, T\-Registro, REMYPE, and hiring processes.
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Prior experience handling labor inspections and document management is desirable.
