If you are passionate about people and wish to gain experience within a growing company, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings on various employment platforms. * Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates. * Track selection processes and keep the candidate database up to date. * Support onboarding processes for new employees. * Organize and update personnel documentation. * Provide support for training activities, workplace climate initiatives, and internal communications. * Prepare basic HR reports and indicators. * Assist with administrative tasks related to Human Resources. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Interest in Recruitment and Selection. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Familiarity with job platforms and LinkedIn is desirable. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, proactive, confidential, and detail-oriented. **We Offer** * Internship agreement. * Ongoing training and professional mentoring. * Active participation in real Human Resources processes. * Excellent work environment. * Internship certificate. * Opportunities for professional growth and development based on performance. * Bonuses and incentives.
