Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineering intern interested in operations, production, and continuous improvement to develop competencies in managing and controlling production processes. We seek students interested in operations, production, and continuous improvement who wish to gain experience in an industrial environment and develop competencies in managing and controlling production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Support production monitoring and control. * Prepare and update operational reports and indicators. * Provide support in scheduling and controlling plant activities. * Participate in identifying process improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with various production departments to meet work plans. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Student in the final cycles of Industrial Engineering. * Interest in production, logistics, operations, and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of process management and operational control. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Prior experience in production or industrial plant environments is desirable. * Proactivity, responsibility, and analytical ability. * Must reside in Ate, Huachipa, Santa Clara, Chaclacayo, Chosica, Ñaña, Huaycán, Santa Anita, or nearby areas. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday. * Availability to work at the industrial plant located in Ate. **Benefits:** * Market-aligned financial stipend. * Continuous training in industrial processes. * Internship completion certificate. * Growth opportunities and career path based on performance. * Integration into a solid industrial-sector company.
