Opportunity for growth and career path **Call for Applications: Interior Design Intern** A real estate company is looking for a passionate Interior Design Intern with enthusiasm for design, innovation, and the creation of functional and attractive spaces. If you wish to develop your talent by participating in real estate projects, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities** * Support interior design for residential projects. * Develop layout proposals, mood boards, and visual presentations. * Create 3D models, renderings, and basic floor plans. * Research design trends, furniture, finishes, and lighting. * Assist in material selection and decorative proposals. * Participate in site visits for data collection and measurements (when required). * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams for visual project presentations. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student or graduate in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related fields. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software. * Knowledge of rendering tools (Enscape, V\-Ray, Lumion, D5 Render, or similar) is desirable. * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. * Creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic judgment. * Ability to work collaboratively and continuously learn. * Portfolio (academic or personal) required; will be positively considered. **We Offer** * Internship agreement. * Continuous training and professional mentoring. * Participation in real estate projects. * Excellent working environment. * Internship certificate. * Growth opportunities and career path based on performance. * Bonuses and incentives.
