If you enjoy generating ideas, following trends, and creating social media content, we want to meet you. You will work alongside the creative team, participating in the planning, production, and execution of content for various brands, contributing innovative ideas and staying current with digital trends. **Responsibilities:** * Propose social media content ideas. * Participate in content recordings. * Appear on camera when required by the project. * Research TikTok, Instagram, and other platform trends. * Support the development of scripts and creative concepts. * Coordinate with the audiovisual team during productions. * Support content planning for different brands. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience creating social media content (including pre-professional internships or demonstrable projects). * Strong communication skills and comfort appearing on camera. * Knowledge of trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Creativity and initiative. * Basic proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut (preferred). * Availability to work on-site in Lima, Peru. * Portfolio, social media accounts, or examples of previously created content. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment. * Continuous training. * Professional development. * Participation in projects for various brands. **Important:** This position is 100% on-site in Lima, Peru; therefore, we seek candidates residing in Metropolitan Lima or those available to commute daily to the workplace.
