The **ELOMUX Training Program** is seeking **Junior Project Managers (IT)** interested in strengthening their knowledge and developing their professional careers through participation in real projects within a technology-driven environment.
This position targets **university students, technical institute students, or interested individuals** seeking professional development in technological project management, process organization, and team coordination.
You will participate in real projects, collaborating with Backend, Frontend, Database, Documentation, UX/UI Design, and Operations teams. Throughout the program, you will **strengthen your knowledge, acquire practical experience, and develop professional skills**, using industry-standard methodologies, tools, and practices in software development, as well as gaining exposure to **Scrum** and fundamentals of **TOGAF**, adapted to ELOMUX’s enterprise architecture.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support planning, organization, and monitoring of technological projects.
* Conduct requirements gathering and analysis.
* Draft and organize User Stories (US) and functional documentation.
* Coordinate activities across different project areas.
* Monitor task completion, schedules, and deliverables.
* Prepare progress reports and project KPIs.
* Support process improvement and operational organization.
* Participate in follow-up meetings with various teams.
* Collaborate in applying management methodologies and standards.
* Serve as a Junior Project Manager on assigned projects, with potential growth into the role of **Enterprise Architect**.
