A premium gastronomic company focused on connecting with people through high-end pastry experiences is currently seeking kitchen staff for CACAO\- BARRANCO. **Job Mission** **Specific Responsibilities:** * Properly wash, disinfect, and store trays, molds, pots, and equipment used in production and customer service. * Clean and disinfect floors, walls, worktables, sinks, drains, and other assigned areas. * Remove, sort, and properly dispose of waste generated during store operations. * Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies and promptly report any shortages or replenishment needs. * Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety standards, and workplace safety regulations. * Assist in scheduled deep cleaning of equipment, cold rooms, storage areas, and production zones. * Support basic production operational tasks as required by the immediate supervisor and according to service needs. * Maintain order and cleanliness in common areas of the establishment throughout the shift. * Use assigned cleaning equipment, materials, and products appropriately. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Compensation: 1300 **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; 12\.00 PM to 9:00 PM **BENEFITS:** Benefits include half of the bonus and vacation pay.
