Support across various field projects and construction sites **Who Are We?** At **VMIC S.A.C.**, we seek to welcome a proactive, organized, and service-oriented **Maintenance Technician or Assistant** to support our diverse field projects and construction sites. **What Will Be Your Main Challenge?** To carry out general maintenance tasks, on-site installations, and provide operational support for our projects—ensuring quality finishes and responsible resource management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform general maintenance tasks: basic electrical work (lighting fixtures, outlets), painting, finishing, and minor repairs. * Carry out **drywall** work (assembly of simple structures, panel installation, and joint compound application). * Assist with site logistics: preparation, transportation, and control of materials, tools, and equipment. * Collect, purchase, and deliver consumable materials for field projects. * Travel between different construction sites as required by service needs. * Report incidents and requirements, and follow up on warranty-related matters at construction sites. **What Are We Looking For?** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Technical studies in electricity, maintenance, construction, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in facility maintenance or field construction/finishing work. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Drywall (assembly and installation). * Basic electricity and plumbing. * Painting, finishing, and use of manual/electric tools. * Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel). * Responsible, punctual, organized individuals capable of working effectively in teams. **What Do We Offer?** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll, including all corresponding benefits. * Overtime pay in addition to base salary. * Coverage of travel and mobility expenses for construction site assignments. * Opportunities for learning and growth within the company. * Positive work environment. **How to Apply?** If you meet the profile and are available to work on-site, please attach your **updated CV** through this channel.
