Job Summary: We are seeking a Nutritionist for our assistance programs, providing comprehensive nutritional care to patients either at home or at our facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive nutritional care for patients 2. Development of individualized nutritional plans 3. Nutritional education for patients and their families/caregivers At HolSalud, we are looking for a **Nutritionist** to join our assistance programs, delivering comprehensive nutritional care to patients either at home or at our facility. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct initial nutritional assessments and periodic reassessments * Develop individualized nutritional plans based on clinical condition * Provide nutritional education to patients and their families/caregivers * Handle urgent cases (Nutri\-SOS) coordinated with insurance providers * Record consultations in the electronic medical record * Coordinate with the healthcare team and report clinical incidents **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Nutrition * Active professional license and current certification * Minimum 2 years of experience * Prior experience in home-based care is desirable **Position Details** * Location: Northern Lima, Southern Lima, Eastern Lima, and Callao * Work Modality: Home-based * Schedule: As scheduled * Department: Assistance Programs Salary: S/.50\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Indicate the areas you can serve: Workplace: On-site employment
