Position Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Nutritionist with experience in healthcare facilities to perform nutritional assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up for patients of various ages. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in pediatric, adult, and geriatric nutritional assessment 2. Knowledge of clinical nutrition and nutritional support 3. Conducts nutritional diagnosis and develops nutritional care plans **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional degree as a Licensed Nutritionist. * Registered with the professional association and holding a valid professional license. * Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare facilities, clinics, or hospitals. * Knowledge of clinical nutrition and nutritional support. * Expertise in nutritional assessment of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct nutritional status assessments of patients using anthropometric, clinical, biochemical, and dietary evaluations. * Formulate nutritional diagnoses and establish nutritional care plans aligned with the patient's clinical condition. * Perform nutritional follow-up and reassessment for inpatients and outpatients. * Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by management. WORK LOCATION: Ayacucho Street No. 270 \- PISCO WORK HOURS: 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. (Mon\-Fri) and Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. SALARY: S/.3,000.00 per month WORK MODE: On\-site employment
