EXPERIENCED PASTRY ASSISTANT – PEN 1,600 – SURCO URGENT HIRING **Huella y Aroma**, a growing microenterprise, is looking to incorporate an **experienced Pastry Assistant** into its production team — responsible, punctual, organized, and willing to work collaboratively. We seek a candidate with proven hands-on experience in pastry who wishes to join a small team where commitment, responsibility, and collaboration are fundamental. WORK LOCATION Av. Aviación 4923, Surco. WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. COMPENSATION PEN 1,400 to 1,600 per month. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in daily pastry production. * Accurately prepare and weigh ingredients. * Assist in preparing doughs, creams, fillings, and other preparations. * Assist in assembling, decorating, and finishing products. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the production area. * Assist in organizing and managing supplies. * Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor. * Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Proven prior experience in pastry. * Knowledge of basic production processes. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Efficiency and organizational skills. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. ADAPTATION TO THE PRODUCTION AREA It is essential that the selected candidate can adapt to the available space in our production area and work efficiently with the equipment at Huella y Aroma, including ovens, freezers, worktables, utensils, and other production tools. We seek an organized, practical, and careful individual capable of maintaining order in the area even during peak production periods.
