Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to manage and monitor projects, track schedules and costs, and identify deviations and improvement opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Training and promotion of best practices in project management **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in project planning, control, and monitoring * Required knowledge: Project Management, Revit Structure, Intermediate MS Office * Availability to work in **Cercado de Lima** **Responsibilities:** * Management and monitoring of the project portfolio * Monitoring of schedules, costs, risks, and progress * Identification of deviations and proposals for improvement * Ensuring compliance with PMO methodologies and standards * KPI analysis and preparation of executive reports * Supporting senior management’s strategic decision-making * Training and mentoring in project management * Promoting best practices, safety, and continuous improvement Salary: S/.1\.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
