Active participation in construction processes such as quantity take-offs and planning **Pre-Professional Engineering Intern \- Planning and Control Department** **Job Objective** Provide technical support in the review, development, and control of civil engineering projects, actively participating in construction processes including quantity take-offs, planning, quality assurance, and technical documentation, with emphasis on practical learning and professional development. **Requirements** * Student from the 7th semester onward in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering * No prior experience required * Interest in field-based learning and construction management **Knowledge / Software** * Intermediate AutoCAD * Intermediate Excel * Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs * MS Project and Civil 3D (optional) **Conditions** * No financial stipend provided * Work modality: **Remote** * Schedule: 30 hours per week **(flexible according to academic schedule)** * A **practicum certificate** will be issued * Opportunity to learn through real engineering projects * Transportation and travel allowances if required to attend construction sites **Responsibilities** **1\. Project Review and Development** * Support in reviewing technical drawings * Technical adjustments based on actual site conditions **2\. Quantity Take-offs and Budgeting** * Calculation of quantities * Preparation of unit price analysis (UPA) * Preparation of construction budgets **3\. Planning and Scheduling** * Preparation of construction schedules (Gantt chart) * Coordination of material supply (aggregates, asphalt, concrete) **4\.
