We operate two stores in Lima and have two business units: **B2B and B2C**. We are currently seeking a **Pastry Assistant (Junior or Senior) – Miraflores Workshop**, with a passion for baking and a commitment to detail, to join our **production team in Miraflores**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of cake batters, pie crusts, brownie bases, cookie dough, and alfajor dough. * Production of classic desserts: tres leches, cheesecake, flan, mousse, among others. * Assembling, baking, and decorating cakes and desserts. * Processing and rounding doughs; preparing frostings, creams, and fillings. * Fulfilling orders for sweet and savory items (sandwiches, coffee, supermarkets). * Coating and decorating nougats and specialty products. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Assistant in a production workshop or pastry shop (mandatory). * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Technical studies in pastry or gastronomy. **Conditions and Benefits:** * Work location: Miraflores. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (45-minute break). * Salary based on experience: S/ 1,400 – S/ 1,500 gross * SME payroll with all statutory benefits: bonus, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation. * 30% discount on Patty products. * Opportunity for growth and annual evaluation with potential salary increase.
