Job Summary: We are seeking an intern or recent graduate eager to learn and proactive in supporting logistics, international trade, warehouse, and inventory operations—providing hands-on experience and development across the logistics supply chain. Opportunity to assume greater responsibilities. **Position Objective** Provide support to the Logistics and International Trade department in tracking operations, document control, warehouse management, inventory, and administrative and operational activities of the area. We seek a candidate with **a strong desire to learn, initiative, and willingness to engage in team activities** (DESIRABLE) who wishes to gain practical experience in logistics, warehousing, and international trade. **Profile** * Final-year student or graduate in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics. * May be a pre-professional or professional intern. * Basic knowledge of International Trade (Desirable\-evaluation). * Basic knowledge of Excel and Office tools. * Interest in developing expertise in logistics and international trade. * Availability and willingness to perform both administrative and operational tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Support tracking of import operations. * Support control and organization of logistics and international trade documents. * Track purchase orders, shipments, cargo arrival, and deliveries. * Support monitoring of warehouse inbound and outbound movements. * Participate in physical inventory counts and stock control. * Update inventory information and records. * Support preparation and updating of departmental reports. * Follow up on pending items and assigned tasks. * Support coordination with suppliers, logistics operators, and other departments. * Participate in activities related to warehouse organization and improvement of logistics processes. **What We Are Looking For** More than someone who already knows everything, we seek a person with **the right attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn**.
