Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Production Intern to provide support in raw materials management, production reporting, KPIs, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a recent graduate in Industrial Engineering to serve as a Professional Production Intern at our Chilca and Cercado de Lima plants. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Administration Technician, or related fields. * Minimum desirable industrial sector experience: 3 months. * Desired knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. * Availability to intern in Chilca and Cercado de Lima. RESPONSIBILITIES: Raw Materials Management Provide support in creating Manufacturing Orders, entering cut strip measurements, entering strips into the SAP system, and transferring them to the warehouse. Production Report Management Assist in verifying the correct completion of the production report (man-hours for fabrication, setup, and downtime; quantity produced; scrap). Support in issuing CAMU KPI reports Assist in post-consumption inventory verification in SAP (oil, petroleum, etc.), as well as tracking and controlling tooling. Other activities related to month-end closing. Support process optimization and asset control through access control data analysis. Support creation of control dashboards to monitor scrap and yields. Perform weekly EPP reservations at the plant. Update moving inventories and conduct process audits.
