At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** Responsibilities: * Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software functionality and quality. * Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work closely with developers to resolve them. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test cases accordingly. * Perform functional testing to verify that the software meets specified requirements and operates as expected. * Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality. * Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools. * Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance. * Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, test coverage, and defect metrics to project stakeholders. * Collaborate with project managers and other team members to prioritize and manage testing efforts. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Proven experience as a Functional QA Tester or similar role. * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. * Experience with functional testing, regression testing, and test automation. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * ISTQB certification is a plus.
