Support functions related to the Quality department Quality Assistant – Restaurant **Main Location:** Chorrillos, Lima Job Description We are looking for a **Quality Assistant** for the foodservice industry, committed to food safety, compliance with quality standards, and continuous improvement. This position requires availability to travel to the company's various locations. Responsibilities * Verify compliance with quality and food safety standards across all locations. * Conduct periodic inspections in kitchens, warehouses, and customer service areas. * Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene and sanitation procedures. * Monitor cleaning records, temperature logs, and receipt and storage of supplies. * Identify opportunities for improvement and prepare inspection reports. * Train staff on quality and food safety standards. * Follow up on observations identified during internal audits. * Support other functions related to the Quality department. Requirements * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree, or Technical diploma in Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in Quality, preferably in restaurants, foodservice chains, or food processing plants. * Knowledge of GMP, POES, HACCP, and current sanitary regulations. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to travel to the company's various locations. * Availability to work primarily at the **Chorrillos** location. * Organized, proactive individual with strong observational and communication skills.
