Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary: Conduct sampling, verification, inspection, and physicochemical analysis to ensure quality control of raw materials and products, including technical visits to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality control of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products. 2. Report analysis results for traceability and decision-making. 3. Identify improvement opportunities and propose viable solutions. **Mission**: Conduct sampling, verification, inspection, and physicochemical analysis of various agents involved in the production process to ensure quality control of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products across different plants and warehouses, and perform technical visits to customers. **Responsibilities**: * Prepare, issue daily reports, and compile reports on various tests, verifications, and inspections conducted, to provide such information to customers. * Report analysis, evaluation, and inspection results promptly, clearly, and accurately to ensure information traceability and facilitate decision-making for production process and commercialized product quality control and improvement. * Verify laboratory raw material stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure necessary supply. * Analyze, verify, and conduct checks on periodic samples collected from raw materials, feedstocks, by-products, and products at plants to confirm compliance with established quality standards for both production processes and final products. * Draft quality certificates for review and approval by the immediate supervisor to ensure products meet established quality standards. * Track non-conforming products reported by customers or generated within the plant to identify root causes of non-conformity and implement corrective actions. * Promote open and respectful communication within the operations team and across departments to maintain a positive work environment and enable effective task coordination. * Identify operational process improvement opportunities and propose viable solutions utilizing new technologies or practices to optimize efficiency, quality, and operational outcomes. * Develop and/or update analytical procedures according to HSECQ-PSM standards to improve technical processes and ensure regulatory compliance. * Set clear daily goals and motivate the team by leading through example and reinforcing positive behaviors to align staff performance with corporate values and production objectives. Requirements: * 2 years of experience in quality control departments within industrial companies. * 1 year of experience in this position and/or professional internships in a quality control laboratory. * Bachelor's degree and/or degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. * Knowledge of sampling techniques, water analysis, and instrumental analysis. * Familiarity with ISO 9001 and GLP. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
