Ensure proper management of non-conformities and corrective actions, guaranteeing traceability and fostering organizational learning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain quality certification in the country. * Monitor corrective actions related to the Quality Management System. * Support the organization in root cause analysis of non-conformities. * Develop, prepare, and participate in internal audits. * Participate in external audits. * Report to the Head of Quality for Chile and Peru. * Other duties related to the position. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline. * Minimum of 5 years of accumulated professional experience. * Essential experience in engineering, consulting, or service-oriented companies. * Demonstrable experience in process standardization and implementation of Quality Management Systems. * Proven experience as an Internal Auditor for ISO standards (9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001:2018). * Verifiable training in ISO standards (9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001:2018). * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Must reside in Lima or Callao. * Demonstrated teamwork, ability to work under pressure, and assertive communication skills. * Availability to work in a hybrid model (some days from home and some days from the office in San Isidro, Lima), Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
