Motivation for learning At Grupo Fe, we are currently looking for QUALITY INTERNS. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Conduct field inspection routines through daily walkthroughs across both cemeteries’ platforms, proactively identifying issues affecting the visitor experience (e.g., broken, sunken, or faded headstones; deteriorated areas, etc.). * Collect, record, and validate field findings data, ensuring data quality and traceability to facilitate timely prioritization and maintenance management. * Identify infrastructure and cemetery presentation improvement opportunities, contributing to optimizing standards of order, cleanliness, and preservation aligned with the customer’s expected experience. **What are we looking for?** * Administrative technical student or recent graduate. * Prior experience in this field is not required, but strong motivation for learning is essential. * Availability to carry out internships at various Group locations. **What benefits do we offer?** * Formal internship payroll registration. * Positive work environment. * Learning and growth opportunity.
