FISH AND SEAFOOD PROCESSING PLANT IS SEEKING TOP TALENT
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in fishery product processing plants (graduates or technical students).
· Knowledge of fishery products (shrimp and fish in general) and current regulatory requirements.
· Candidate must be capable of working under pressure, possess strong communication skills, and analytical ability.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for quality verification upon receipt of fresh and frozen raw materials (shrimp, tail count, etc.; for frozen products, perform sampling to assess product quality),
· Develop metrics (quality and production standards) for production control (operators).
· Establish and monitor compliance with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
· Report improper practices to the plant supervisor or production line incidents.
· Propose improvement processes and/or solutions to problems identified on the production line to management.
· Responsible for inspecting all finished products to ensure compliance with company-established quality standards (development of quality checklists).
· Train operators on proper product handling within the plant, as well as distribution and delivery personnel.
Benefits:
· Compensation: PEN 2,500.00 monthly, formal payroll under MYPE regime with all statutory benefits.
