**URBAN, a construction company with 16 years of experience executing building projects**, is seeking a **Resident Construction Engineer** to lead the execution of a multifamily project in Lima.
We seek a professional with proven field experience, leadership capability, and expertise in planning, control, and project management.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
* Civil Engineer or Architect, **licensed and authorized**.
* Minimum proven experience as **Resident Construction Engineer on 2 completed multifamily buildings**.
* Must have led projects from initial stages through to **project completion and handover**.
* Proven experience managing personnel, work crews, and subcontractors.
* Expertise in construction planning and control.
* Knowledge and application of **Lean Construction**, especially in **Lookahead** management.
* Experience in administrative construction control: progress billings, piecework, subcontracting, inventory, and production reporting.
* Ability to work under pressure, resolve contingencies, and make timely on-site decisions.
* Availability to assume full project leadership.
