Position Summary: URBAN seeks an experienced Resident Construction Engineer to lead the execution of a multifamily project in Lima, managing personnel, planning, control, and administration. Experience in administrative construction control and team management **URBAN, a construction company with 16 years of experience executing building projects**, is seeking a **Resident Construction Engineer** to lead the execution of a multifamily project in Lima. We seek a professional with proven field experience, leadership capability, and expertise in planning, control, and project management. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Civil Engineer or Architect, **licensed and authorized**. * Minimum proven experience as **Resident Construction Engineer on 2 completed multifamily buildings**. * Must have led projects from initial stages through to **project completion and handover**. * Proven experience managing personnel, work crews, and subcontractors. * Expertise in construction planning and control. * Knowledge and application of **Lean Construction**, especially in **Lookahead** management. * Experience in administrative construction control: progress billings, piecework, subcontracting, inventory, and production reporting. * Ability to work under pressure, resolve contingencies, and make timely on-site decisions. * Availability to assume full project leadership. **KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES** *Planning and Control* * Predictive construction planning. * Lean Construction. * Development and monitoring of Lookahead. * Progress, productivity, and milestone compliance control. *Administrative Management* * Progress billing control. * Piecework management and control. * Subcontractor management. * Material and inventory control. * Production and progress reporting. *Project Management* * Time, risk, and quality management. * Application of sound project management practices. * Ability to identify deviations and propose corrective actions. * Adaptation and implementation of new internal processes and systems. *Leadership* * Effective on-site personnel supervision. * Coordination with technical office, operations, and administration. * Negotiation skills and subcontractor management. * Results- and objective-oriented mindset. **PROJECT** * Five-story multifamily building \+ rooftop. * **Current phase:** rough plastering of structural shell; next phase involves bricklaying and initial finishes. **MODALITY** * **On-site employment.** * Payment via **Electronic Professional Fee Receipts (RHE)**.
