Position Summary: URBAN seeks an experienced Resident Engineer to lead the comprehensive execution of a multifamily project, excelling in planning, control, and management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive project management and personnel leadership **URBAN, a construction company with 16 years of experience executing building projects**, is seeking a **Resident Engineer** to lead the execution of a multifamily project in Punta Negra. We seek a professional with proven field experience, leadership capability, and mastery of project planning, control, and management. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Civil Engineer or Architect, **licensed and duly registered**. * Minimum proven experience as **Resident Engineer on 2 completed multifamily buildings**. * Must have led projects from their initial stages through to **project completion and handover**. * Proven experience managing personnel, work crews, and subcontractors. * Proficiency in construction planning and control. * Knowledge and application of **Lean Construction**, especially in **Lookahead** management. * Experience in administrative construction control: valuations, piecework, subcontracting, inventories, and production reports. * Ability to work under pressure, resolve contingencies, and make timely on-site decisions. * Availability to assume full project leadership. **KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES** *Planning and Control* * Predictive construction planning. * Lean Construction. * Development and monitoring of Lookahead. * Progress, productivity, and milestone compliance control. *Administrative Management* * Valuation control. * Management and control of piecework. * Subcontractor management. * Material and inventory control. * Production and progress reporting. *Project Management* * Time, risk, and quality management. * Application of sound project management practices. * Ability to identify deviations and propose corrective actions. * Adaptation and implementation of new internal processes and systems. *Leadership* * Effective on-site personnel leadership. * Coordination with technical office, operations, and administration. * Negotiation skills and subcontractor management. * Focus on achieving objectives and delivering results. **PROJECT** * Multifamily building. * Current phase: Structural shell stage (concrete pours, formwork, reinforcement, confined masonry, architectural concrete). **MODALITY** * **On-site service location.** * Payment via **Electronic Professional Fee Receipts (RHE)**.
