Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise sales performance, ensure compliance with targets and protocols, and train the team at points of sale, coordinating with various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the performance and training of sales staff. 2. Ensure achievement of sales targets and commercial KPIs. 3. Continuously train and provide feedback to the sales team. **1\. Main Responsibilities** \- Supervise the performance of sales staff at assigned locations. \- Monitor progress of trainees in the training program. \- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and commercial KPIs. \- Verify proper product display (merchandising). \- Guarantee compliance with customer service protocols. \- Monitor inventory levels, stockouts, and expirations. \- Continuously train and provide feedback to the sales team. \- Conduct visits to points of sale according to schedule. \- Prepare sales reports, incident reports, and improvement opportunities. \- Coordinate with departments such as procurement, accounting, and HR. \- Implement field sales strategies to achieve sales objectives. \- Submit promotional photographs of the assigned area. **2\. Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** \- Technical or university degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. **Experience:** \- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in pharmacies or pharmaceutical retail. \- Team leadership experience (6 months preferred). **Knowledge:** \- Sales and negotiation techniques. \- Inventory management. \- Management indicators (KPIs). \- Basic health regulations (DIGEMID – Peru). \- Excel proficiency (intermediate level). \- Proficiency in Adesynet system. **3\. Working Conditions** \- Fieldwork (visits to locations). \- Availability to travel between sites. \- Flexible working hours according to operational needs. **4\.
