Improve and modify systems according to user requirements. **Responsibilities:** Support the preparation of development and implementation schedules for new systems or new functionalities for existing systems. Ensure that application development meets functional requirements specified by users. Ensure developed systems operate correctly before being deployed to production. **Develop new systems by executing the following activities:** Requirements gathering, Analysis and Design, Development, Deployment, Testing, and Training. Prepare user manuals for newly developed systems. Improve and modify systems according to user requirements, in coordination with the project leader. Develop and update applications in accordance with the defined methodology for these activities. Resolve operational issues or access problems related to information sources across various systems. Periodically centralize source code in the designated location for Information Technology area developments. Support Support Analysts, Network and Communications Analysts in tasks assigned by the project leader. Propose process improvements and changes to simplify, increase efficiency, or enhance quality.
