We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Analyst to resolve incidents, manage technological assets, and ensure service continuity.

A national technology company is looking for a **Level 2 IT Support Analyst** to provide on-site support to one of our clients located in **San Luis**.
The position will be responsible for handling and resolving second-level incidents and requests, as well as managing technological assets, equipment, configurations, backups, and documentation—ensuring continuity and quality of IT services.
Requirements
* Technical or university graduate in **Systems, Computing, Networks, Informatics, and/or related fields**.
* Experience in **second-level technical support (N2)** and user support.
* Knowledge of **hardware, software, and operating systems**.
* Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of **computers, printers, and peripherals**.
* Proficiency with **Service Desk or ticket management tools**.
* Basic knowledge of **networks, connectivity, and IP addressing**.
* Experience providing remote support via **AnyDesk or similar tools**.
* Knowledge of **data backup and recovery**.
* Experience in managing and controlling **IT asset inventory**.
* Strong communication, organizational, and service-oriented skills.
* Availability to work on-site at **Av. Nicolás Ayllón 1450, San Luis**.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle and resolve **second-level incidents and requests** related to hardware, software, and operating systems.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, printers, peripherals, and other technological devices.
* Manage the lifecycle of technological assets: **onboarding, offboarding, relocations, assignments, and returns**.
* Administer and keep the **IT asset inventory** up to date, ensuring traceability.
* Log, track, document, and close tickets using **Service Desk tools**, meeting defined response time requirements.
* Provide on-site and remote support to end users.
* Execute data backups and recovery, including email export and restoration when required.
* Diagnose connectivity issues and provide basic network and IP addressing support.
* Configure workstations according to corporate standards, including applications, profiles, permissions, and access rights.
* Monitor the technological infrastructure and generate reports on availability, outages, and incidents.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support records.
* Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve technological incidents and requests.
* Deliver training or knowledge transfer to users and support staff when required.
* Comply with procedures, information security policies, and best practices for IT service management.
**Conditions**
* **MYPE payroll.** (Essalud + 15 annual vacation days)
* Location: **Av. Nicolás Ayllón 1450, San Luis, Lima.**
* Schedule:
* Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**
* Saturday: **9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.**
* Equipment required for service delivery will be provided by the client.
Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,700.00 per month
