Join EY and together let’s build a better business world! **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. * Specialization in Labor Legislation. * 3–4 years of experience conducting labor due diligence, processing social benefits, taxes and contributions; labor compliance and payroll reviews. * Intermediate-level Excel (advanced level preferred). * Advanced-level English (mandatory). **Responsibilities** * Support in labor reviews, legal opinions, and labor due diligence related to the following: + Labor and labor tax treatment of personnel payments. + Calculation methodology for social benefits and labor taxes. + Employment and subcontracting arrangements. + Compliance with formal labor obligations.
