Requirements: \- Certification or degree in personal training. \- Demonstrable prior experience in creating and implementing effective training programs. \- Solid knowledge of various strength training equipment and training techniques. \- Knowledge of supplements and proteins. \- Exceptional communication skills and ability to motivate and engage clients. \- Customer orientation and ability to build strong relationships. \- Commitment to staying updated on the latest trends in training and nutrition. \- Residence in San Martín de Porres or nearby areas. Main Responsibilities: \- Design and deliver effective training programs for our clients. \- Guide clients on proper use of strength training equipment and provide clear instructions on training techniques. \- Provide support and motivation to clients during their training sessions. \- Evaluate client progress and adjust training programs as needed. \- Acquire potential clients through referrals. \- Conduct functional classes to retain our clients.
