Technical Requirements and Experience (Mandatory):** * Minimum 3 years of experience in textile plants (spinning and weaving). * Proficiency in spinning technologies (ring, rotor, air) and textile structures. * Teaching or technical training experience. **Pedagogical Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience delivering training, courses, or workshops, either in-person, virtual, or both. * Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly to audiences with varying levels of knowledge. **2\. Desired Skills and Competencies:** * **Communication and Didactic Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to foster a collaborative and participatory learning environment. **Other Qualities:** * Creativity in developing practical exercises, case studies, and applied projects. * Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with new Power BI functionalities. **3\. Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver modules on textile fibers, spinning, and fabric technology. * Develop practical case studies focused on real production processes. * Assess applied technical competencies. * Provide constructive and personalized feedback to students. * Guide and motivate students throughout the course duration, resolving both technical and conceptual questions. * Effectively utilize teaching platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS such as Moodle or Canvas). **Contract:** Average salary above market average, commensurate with qualifications.
