Technical Requirements and Experience (Mandatory):** * Minimum 3 years of experience in textile plants (spinning and weaving). * Proficiency in spinning technologies (ring, rotor, air) and textile structures. * Teaching or technical training experience. **Pedagogical Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience delivering training, courses, or workshops, either in-person, virtual, or both. * Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly to audiences with varying levels of knowledge. **2\. Desired Skills and Competencies:** * **Communication and Didactic Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to foster a collaborative and participatory learning environment. **Other Qualities:** * Creativity in developing practical exercises, case studies, and applied projects. * Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with new Power BI functionalities. **3\.
