Excellent work climate and collaborative environment At Moventi, we are looking for a **Technical Commercial Advisor** specialized in **CRM and technical advisory for the construction sector**. **Work Modality:** Remote **Job Objective:** Provide specialized technical advisory on construction processes and materials, managing commercial follow-up and end-customer support using CRM tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical recommendations and perform material calculations based on the product portfolio and technical data sheets. * Handle inquiries with a close, friendly, and expert tone. * Conduct lead follow-up, make calls to end customers, and rigorously record each interaction in the CRM. * Manage resolution of complex complaints or questions by conducting internal investigations to deliver timely responses. * Guide customers through their decision-making process, supporting quotations and referring leads to the commercial channel. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. **Experience:** Field/face-to-face and telephone sales experience. **Specific Experience:** Prior hands-on experience at construction sites.
