Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed Weavers to produce textile products while ensuring quality and compliance with established standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure fabric quality (finishes, measurements, defects) 2. On-site work with textile machinery 3. Support activities within the department At VILAV, we are looking for **Weavers** who are responsible and committed to correctly producing textile products in accordance with the company's established quality standards. \- Main Responsibilities * Operate weaving machines according to technical specifications. * Produce textile products according to specified model, size, and design. * Verify fabric quality (finishes, measurements, defects). * Meet production standards and assigned deadlines. * Report machinery malfunctions or material inconsistencies. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support other departmental activities as required. ✅ Requirements **Mandatory:** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in weaving or operating textile machinery. * Basic knowledge of yarn types and weaving techniques. * Responsibility and commitment to quality. * Ability to work under production targets. **Desirable:** * Experience in textile industry companies. * Knowledge of basic weaving machine maintenance. **Conditions:** * Work mode: On-site * Position type: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (12 hours); applicants unable to meet this schedule should not apply. * Salary: S/.2,200.00 \+ Night-shift bonuses (optional). * Send your resume or CV to: vilav.reclutamiento@gmail.com * In the email subject line, include the position title you are applying for.
