Job Summary: Design digital products, conduct research, implement data-driven improvements, and collaborate with development teams in an agile and innovative environment. Key Highlights: 1. Use of AI and modern tools in the workflow. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **Product Design:** Design user flows, wireframes, and final screens in Figma within design sprints, maintaining and applying the team's *design system*. * **Research and Metrics:** Conduct benchmarks, interviews, and usability tests. Support your decisions with usage data and real user feedback to propose and prioritize improvements. * **Handoff and Quality:** Prepare specifications and components for the development team, supporting implementation to ensure the final design is faithful and accessible (Level AA). * **Documentation:** Record design decisions in Notion and maintain the team’s best practices. What are we looking for? (Requirements) * **Experience:** 2–4 years in UX/UI design for digital products (a **portfolio** is mandatory). * **Education:** Currently enrolled, graduated, or holding a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto\-layout, prototyping, libraries). Prior experience maintaining *design systems*, and designing dashboards or complex systems. * **Innovation Mindset:** Active use of AI in your workflow (LLMs such as Claude or Gemini, AI-powered design tools). * **Soft Skills:** Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, organizational skills to manage multiple parallel tasks, and excellent communication skills for collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. **Bonus Points (Desirable):** * Self-motivated curiosity to explore MCPs, agents, or AI-powered automations. * Basic understanding of product metrics and *analytics* tools. * Fundamental knowledge of *front\-end* development (HTML/CSS) to understand how your designs are built.
