At **Carga Compartida**, we’re looking for a **Community Manager** with a creative mindset and digital rhythm to take our communication to the next level. We want someone who enjoys recording, editing, and telling stories that connect with thousands of people. **What We’re Looking For** * Professional or student in **Marketing, Communications, or related fields**. * Demonstrable experience in **social media management** and **short video production**. * Advanced proficiency in **CapCut Pro**. * Agility in creating **reels and stories** with strong visual impact. * Comfort speaking **on camera**. * Ability to write engaging copy focused on **storytelling**. * Familiarity with **iPhone, wireless microphones**, and preferably a **Sony Alpha camera**. **Your Main Responsibilities** * Develop **scripts and visual concepts** for social media. * **Record and edit videos** across various settings (office or outdoors). * Maintain a consistent flow of **posts and dynamic content**. * Analyze and optimize performance across **digital platforms**. * Join the filming team and **appear on camera** representing the brand. **Employment Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Location:** Office in Surco (in-person). * **Salary:** S/1,600 – S/1,700\. * **Full payroll registration** after the third month, including statutory benefits. **Why Join Us** * We are a company experiencing **continuous growth**. * You’ll enjoy a **collaborative, young, and creative environment**. * Your work will have a direct impact on the brand’s digital presence.
