**Role Objective**
Junior Community Manager to manage daily social media presence and nurture community conversations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Publish content; monitor comments/messages; update content calendar.
* Research trends; collaborate on script creation; identify engagement opportunities.
**Required Profile**
* Student or graduate in Communications/Marketing; strong writing skills.
* Familiarity with scheduling tools (Metricool, Later); organizational skills; ability to manage crises/brand voice.
**Work Test (48h)**
**Objective:** Assess brand voice, organization, and community management. **Task:** One-week calendar (7 posts) \+ 5 sample responses to comments (including one minor crisis scenario). **Deliverable:** Calendar \+ responses. **Deadline:** 48 hours.
Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month
