This one is the opposite. We're looking for one chiropractor, at least 12 months in practice, to take over an established patient base in Lithgow: around 167 office visits a week, stable across the last quarter, with 3 to 5 new patients arriving weekly. Patients here have trusted this clinic across generations. The job is to look after them to a high standard, keep them progressing, and hold the base steady as the clinic rebuilds toward its two\-doctor design. This is a stewardship role first and a growth role second. You're inheriting relationships, not chasing leads. **The handover is real.** I'm Jesse, the CEO, and right now I'm the chiropractor looking after this book. I stepped in to run this transition properly, and whoever takes the role works alongside me through a structured handover. The whole point is that the patients stay. **The role.** Four clinical days, Monday to Thursday, with on\-site CA support and a full back office behind you: marketing, phones, ops and training handled. A real salary with super and paid leave underneath an uncapped performance bonus. At the current book, that's over $220,000 a year, and it grows as the base does. I'll walk you through the structure down to the dollar when we talk. **The support is structural, not promised.** Onboarding modules plus weekly live clinical training, and an accountability rhythm: daily huddle, weekly team meeting, monthly 1:1\. You'll have access to experienced clinicians across our sixteen clinics. And the quiet part out loud: we hold you accountable, and you should want that.
