




Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Coordinator — the operational backbone of the agency — who is obsessed with organization to ensure deliverables are met, teams are coordinated, and clients remain informed. The Account Coordinator is the operational backbone of the agency: ensuring every deliverable arrives on time, that the team has everything they need, and that the client is always informed about the status of their work. Responsibilities * Manage deliverables for each client: what’s missing, what’s delayed, what’s been delivered. **Build and track project timelines.** * Coordinate internal teams: design, editing, marketing, and trafficking. **Serve as the operational point of contact with clients (approvals, revisions, feedback).** * Ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard. * **Document processes and progress per account in Notion so everyone stays aligned on each client’s status.** * Upload meeting or chat summaries with clients to Notion, highlighting key points. **Keep the team’s workflow organized in Excel and internal tools.** What We’re Looking For * Extremely organized — disorder triggers anxiety (and we love that). * **Natural leadership: you know how to ask things from the team without needing to be their manager.** * Patience when working with clients, vendors, and creative teams. * **Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or similar agencies.** * Strong proficiency in Excel and Notion. * **Clear written and verbal communication skills.** * Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously without losing focus.
