We seek a creative, proactive, dynamic Junior Audiovisual Editor with strong commitment to making an impact on digital media. We need a candidate with commercial acumen, focused on successfully advancing our real estate projects and businesses through high-quality visual storytelling and the use of emerging technologies. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication, Communication Sciences, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in video editing and post-production (portfolio required). Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Advanced proficiency in CapCut Pro for agile execution of vertical formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). Experience or strong willingness to work with generative AI video tools (Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Google Veo, Runway, etc.). Responsible profile with attention to detail and excellent collaborative mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Editing, assembling, and post-producing dynamic audiovisual content for social media and advertising campaigns. Integrating AI tools into the workflow to optimize processes and elevate visual content quality. Editing virtual tours, aerial footage (drone), and construction progress videos of our real estate projects. Supporting/assisting high-level professional recordings. WORK CONDITIONS: Work modality: On-site. Work location: San Isidro. Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
