We are looking for a Community Manager in the city of Ica. **Location:** Guadalupe \- Ica (3 hours from Lima) **Contract Type:** \[Full-time] **Work Modality:** \[On-site or Hybrid] About Us Fundo la Chacra is a traditional restaurant with 30 years in the market, reflecting tradition and a lush green environment. We seek to add to our team someone who not only knows how to manage social media but is also willing to appear on camera and become the voice and face of our brand in videos. What Will You Do in This Role? * Plan, create, and publish content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). * **Appear on camera** as host in videos, reels, tutorials, and live content. * Write short, natural video scripts. * Engage with the community: respond to comments and messages, and communicate with our audience. * Analyze metrics and propose improvements to the content strategy. * Coordinate recordings and collaborate with design/editing teams. * Stay updated on trends and viral formats to adapt them to our brand. What We Are Looking For * Prior experience as a Community Manager or in social media management. * **Comfort and confidence on camera**, with clear speech and strong oral communication skills. * Creativity to propose content ideas. * Basic knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.) is a plus. * Proactivity, organization, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
