Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Content & Community Manager to design, produce, and execute content strategies, engage with audiences, and humanize the brand. Key Highlights: 1. Build community and brand positioning At the official headquarters of Club Universitario de Deportes, Puente Piedra branch, we are looking for a proactive and organized Content \& Community Manager to design, produce, and execute social media and digital channel content strategies, connect with local audiences, and humanize the brand to build community, strengthen brand positioning, and attract customers. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or candidate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager, content creation, or digital marketing * Prior experience coordinating **organic campaigns and content collaborations** * Experience with advertising platforms (**Facebook Ads or TikTok Ads**) * Proficiency in **Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center**, and content scheduling tools * Knowledge of analytics tools such as **Instagram Insights and Metricool** * Basic skills in **creative writing and digital storytelling** * Preferred: knowledge of graphic design and video editing **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and manage the monthly social media content calendar * Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to develop content assets * Manage social media accounts: posts, messages, comments, and engagement * Measure content performance and interactions, and generate monthly reports **BENEFITS:** * Competitive market-based salary * Formal employment under MYPE payroll * Positive work environment * Workplace location: Puente Piedra * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time **SUBMIT YOUR CV TO THE FOLLOWING CONTACT: 9 6 3 3 5 0 8 2 0** **Address:** Prolongación Juan Lecaros Mz.
