Position objective: Design and lead the creation of content for social media and digital campaigns, aligning creativity with business objectives and market trends. Job responsibilities: * Create monthly and weekly content calendars. * Conceptualize, script, and plan videos for TikTok, Reels, Stories, and other short formats. * Direct recording sessions with external talent (presenters, influencers, customers, etc.). * Supervise and provide feedback to editors to ensure visual quality and consistency. * Ensure content aligns with brand voice and business needs. * Identify social media trends and strategically adapt them. What do we expect from you? * Completed technical or university studies in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related fields. * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in digital content or social media. * Experience in developing visual storytelling. Knowledge and experience in: * Creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. * Knowledge of narrative formats and digital trends. * Basic camera, lighting, and sound handling (desirable). * Experience with generative AI for videos. Software proficiency: * Cap Cut (essential). * Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, among others.
