Participation in cross-departmental meetings to align objectives **Marketing Coordinator\- Jesus Maria** **Responsibilities:** * Lead strategic planning of digital content and campaigns. * Coordinate the monthly publication schedule, pre-sales activities, and institutional content. * Supervise narrative, aesthetic, and communicative consistency of the brand. * Draft and structure scripts for audiovisual content and campaigns. * Coordinate and monitor the creative team (Community Manager and Audiovisual Editor). * Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align institutional and communication objectives. * Monitor metrics and propose strategic improvements to content and formats. * Coordinate special audiovisual projects and institutional productions. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in marketing, communications, advertising, audiovisual communication, or related fields. * Experience coordinating marketing, content, or creative teams. * Knowledge of storytelling, social media, and digital content. * Excellent organizational and operational follow-up skills. * Strong visual and communication judgment. * Leadership, communication, and collaborative teamwork skills. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10 PM * Work Mode: Hybrid; attendance required for meetings or recordings three times per week (not full-day). * Compensation: S/ 1600 net monthly * Excellent work environment Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,601\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Jesus Maria, Lima
