The **INBESTIGA** Group is currently seeking new Academic Researchers in the field of Industrial Engineering. Requirements: * Professionals holding a degree in Industrial Engineering. * Knowledge of research methodology. * Familiarity with APA7 standards. * Knowledge of data analysis (SPSS, DATA, Excel). * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Main Responsibilities: * Develop research products according to the assigned schedule (problem statement, objectives, hypotheses, theoretical framework, methodology, etc.). * Provide pedagogical advisory services to users through synchronous or asynchronous sessions, ensuring user comfort, effective learning, and high-quality explanations during each interaction. * Maintain continuous coordination with writers and analysts to ensure coherence and relevance of the final product. * Review and implement feedback provided by users or reviewers, adjusting products as necessary. * Participate in training activities or continuous improvement initiatives when requested.
