Lead and empower the field promotion team. **We are looking for a Commercial Supervisor \- Retail!** At **Expande Talento**, we are searching for a **Commercial Supervisor** for our client, a growing company in the retail sector. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead brand commercial strategies in the modern trade channel, ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets through analytical management, effective negotiation, and flawless point-of-sale execution. **What will you do in this role?** * Drive achievement of sales and profitability quotas per account. * Manage commercial relationships with retail clients and new accounts. * Ensure timely product replenishment and prevent stockouts. * Analyze commercial metrics (sell-out, coverage, turnover, productivity) and define strategic actions. * Supervise inventories and liquidations under consignment models. * Lead and empower the field promotion team. * Manage commercial budget and growth plans. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar commercial roles. * Knowledge of retail, mass consumption, wholesale, or e-commerce channels. * Advanced Excel skills and commercial analytics tools. * Preferred experience in beauty, pharmacy, or related categories. * Experience leading teams. **Key Competencies:** Results-oriented leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, strategic planning, effective communication, and strong execution orientation. Location:** Will conduct visits to various points of sale nationwide. Central office located in Surco, Lima.
