We design, produce, and distribute apparel and accessories under the "Street Luxury" positioning. We are looking to add to our team an editor with a creative eye, strong rhythm, and visual sensitivity to take our audiovisual content to the next level. **Candidate Profile** * Completed secondary education (technical training in marketing, graphic design, or audiovisual fields is preferred). * Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve. * Solid command of Photoshop and Illustrator for creating visual assets. * Bonus: Intermediate knowledge of AI; experience with Blender (3D). * Passion for fashion, urban culture, and social media platforms—must actively consume and understand TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. * Excellent sense of rhythm, color, and composition. **Responsibilities** * Edit and assemble professional-quality videos and photos (effects, transitions, color correction, audio). * Design graphic assets aligned with brand identity (templates, campaign materials). * Participate in on-site and in-store recordings and content production. * Export and deliver assets on time for publication. * Organize and manage audiovisual material (footage library, versions, deliverables). * Stay updated on trends, viral formats, and new editing tools. * Ensure visual consistency across all assets per brand guidelines. **What We Offer** * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Compensation: S/1,800 * Performance- and goal-based incentives. * Career development path and ongoing training. * Excellent work environment and corporate discounts. * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Employment modality: On-site, full-time. **Note:** Applicants currently enrolled as students during vacation periods will not be considered.
