Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure the accurate recording, analysis, and control of accounting transactions, guarantee regulatory compliance, and provide reliable financial information. Ensure proper recording, analysis, and control of the company's accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations, as well as providing reliable and timely financial information for decision-making. REQUIREMENTS * Degree holder or Bachelor's in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst or in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and current accounting legislation. * Experience in preparing financial statements and monthly and annual accounting closings. * Proficiency in tax filings (VAT, Income Tax, PDT, PLAME, Electronic Books, and others). * Experience in bank reconciliations, account analysis, and accounting provisions. * Knowledge of deductions, withholdings, and collections. * Experience managing fixed assets and depreciation. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, functions, and reports). * Experience with accounting ERP systems (SAP, CONCAR, SISCONT, STARSOFT, or others). RESPONSIBILITIES * Record, validate, and analyze the company's accounting transactions. * Prepare bank reconciliations and accounting account reconciliations. * Execute monthly and annual accounting closings. * Prepare and review provisions, accruals, and accounting adjustments. * Prepare and submit tax declarations within established deadlines. * Prepare financial statements and accounting reports for Management. * Analyze accounts receivable, accounts payable, and balance sheet accounts. * Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization. * Respond to internal and external audit requests. * Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations related to accounting. * Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting processes and propose actions to optimize management.
