We are currently looking for an **Accounting Assistant** who wants to grow, make an impact, and join us in this mission. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform daily cross-checking of multi-channel collections. * Coordinate with branches regarding observations related to transfer delays or cash discrepancies. * Review and validate expense reimbursement submissions from staff. * Request, record, and verify supporting documents for expenses. * Administer and control the Accounting and Treasury petty cash fund in accordance with internal guidelines. * Monitor and track active bank guarantee letters, register new issuances, and coordinate their return or destruction with suppliers. **Ideal Profile** * University graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing the duties described. * Knowledge of SUNAT (SOL portal, electronic vouchers, withholding taxes). * Understanding of accounting ledger analysis and memorandum accounts. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience using accounting ERP systems. **What We Offer You** * Full payroll coverage from day one. * Statutory benefits and corporate discounts. * Training and continuous learning. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * A close-knit, collaborative, and purpose-driven team.
